We offer a 100% refund for returns made within 15 days of purchase. No questions asked. Please note that this policy does not apply to engraved or personalized products. Up to Rs. 1,00,000/- for Diamond and Gemstone Studded Platinum and Gold. 

 

Please note that Customized Jewellery, including personalized or engraved products, are not eligible for a 15 day Money-Back Policy. However, Exchange and Buyback policies are applicable.

 

When we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance Department will review it. If an item shows any signs of wear and tear, has been resized or altered by a jeweler other than our company, or has been damaged, it cannot be accepted for a 15 days Money-Back.

 

For all exchanges within the 15 days Money-Back period, the product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and a copy of the invoice. If you cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the solitaire/jewelry to the lab for recertification, and the shipping and certification cost will be borne by you, the customer.

 

The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid after deducting shipping cost, but if you used any coupons, discounts, or promo codes during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo code used.

If the discount was on making charges, it will not be deducted while arriving at the Exchange value. However, if the discount was on the gold or diamond value, the entire discount will be deducted when arriving at the Exchange value. If the discount was on MRP, the discount will be deducted on the actual making charges of the design when arriving at the final Exchange value.

 

Refund for 15 days Money-Back will be done via online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 10 days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.

 

Please note that you may utilize your gold exchange and/or exchange value within 6 Months of the transaction date, after which 10% transaction charges will be deducted from the refunded amount as per Carbon Affair policy. The prevailing market value will be determined by the company, and this feature is not available for international orders.

 

Carbon Affair reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.

 

15 Day Money-Back is not applicable for products purchased in exchange for gold coins. However, a 15 day exchange at 100% of the invoice value is still applicable. Exchange and Buyback values are calculated excluding making charges and taxes.

 

If you wish to exchange your design within 15 days for the full value, you can do so only once. If you wish to exchange the design a second time, it will be considered an Exchange.

 

15 Day Money-Back is not applicable to orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 day exchange Policy. Orders placed in India using an international card will be eligible for a 15 Day Exchange only and not for a 15 Day Money-Back.
